Had to replace a water heater and it was kind of an emergency situation. Althoff sent Carl out to our house the next day. I was very thankful they understood the urgency of the situation. Carl was absolutely AMAZING! I felt so comfortable with him in our home. He was so fun and made a horrible situation seem ok even when I knew it wasn't. His positive attitude is what I needed in that stressful moment! He worked efficiently and he was very friendly. Truly thankful for Carl and Althoff!! Thanks so much for your help!!
The process of getting my A/C replaced was a breezed. Jeff in sales had been a pleasure to work with. He was able to slot me in the very next day i gave the a okay to proceed. Dave L. the installer was very professional, smooth, his workmanship was beyond excellent. He cleaned up good after he finished. All in all, very excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Althoff for your heating and cooling needs. Thanks Althoff!
We've used Althoff twice this year, once for our furnace and once for our AC. We had Matt both times as our technician. He is very professional and explains everything he's doing. We needed a part for our furnace which he was able to drive to another city to get and install that day. We never had another problem the entire winter season. The AC issue we thought we had happened on a Saturday. Althoff responded to our call quickly, they were great to deal with on the phone and get a technician lined up for us that day. Matt was out again expecting everything in and around the unit. Our issue ended up not being the AC. I would recommend using Althoff for your Furnace and AC needs. Thank You Matt!
