The Althoff team did a fantastic job of helping me out with a shower that would not turn off. Emergency service from Steve, communication from Katrina and the final repair by Josh handled with professionalism throughout. Josh very nice in waiting for the other repair in my building to complete and water to be turned back on just to be sure my repair was correct.
