I knew of Althoff's excellent reputation when I purchased my new furnace and air five years ago. I recently needed warranty work done on my five year old furnace, two technicians spent 8+ hours replacing parts in my furnace, my cost? ZERO, ZIP, NOTHING!
I literally had almost my entire high efficiency furnace rebuilt, where can you get service like that now days? Althoff technicians are highly trained professionals, if you want to purchase your next HVAC system from the best call Althoff!
Matt was very thorough and took time to explain everything. Upon leaving, he felt something didn't sound just right and took the time to investigate. He found a stink bug in a tube that was blocking water flow. I usually do this kind of work on my own but will definitely use Altoff again.
Teo was great! I was so worried I was going to have a massive bill for what was happening and Teo put me at ease immediately. He was professional but personable at the same time. Great guy! In the end Teo found a very simple issue for what happened and I spent ALOT less money than I thought I was going to have to. Teo could have easily taken me for a ride if he wanted to. I greatly appreciate that professional integrity. I have always had great experiences with Althoff professionals.
