I had an issue with my air conditioner and we were coming up on a very hot weekend. The issue was quickly fixed and in a professional way.

Had to replace a water heater and it was kind of an emergency situation. Althoff sent Carl out to our house the next day. I was very thankful they understood the urgency of the situation. Carl was absolutely AMAZING! I felt so comfortable with him in our home. He was so fun and made a horrible situation seem ok even when I knew it wasn't. His positive attitude is what I needed in that stressful moment! He worked efficiently and he was very friendly. Truly thankful for Carl and Althoff!! Thanks so much for your help!!
The process of getting my A/C replaced was a breezed. Jeff in sales had been a pleasure to work with. He was able to slot me in the very next day i gave the a okay to proceed. Dave L. the installer was very professional, smooth, his workmanship was beyond excellent. He cleaned up good after he finished. All in all, very excellent experience.
