Thank you to Katrina Donovan and Tom Koph for the great service provided and ordering and scheduling the installation of the exhaust fan with LED lighting for our bathroom. Katrina was such a pleasure to deal with. Very ptofessional and honest. Tio the electrician came and assessed the replacement and did an excellent job with the installation when he came back to put it in yesterday 9/9/20. I highly recommend Althoff Industries and I have recommended them in the past and they have used them too.. Thank you all again for the great quality service you provided from start to finish as we have been and will continue yo be very satisfied club members for many years. Thank you all again sooo very much.
I have the annual service contract with Althoff. Chris came to do the service on my AC. He was very professional and took the time to answer my questions. After he was done, he explained to me everything he did. While he was looking at my ac he noticed a outlet cover had fallen off and was on the ground. He found a screw that worked and replaced the cover for me. That was not part of his job, he was just compassionate enough to do it for me. I am very pleased.
Quality and professionalism was expected and it was delivered without a doubt. Carl Baker installed a power vented water heater. Bob Johnson and helper installed the furnace and AC. They vented the the pvc towards the back of the house. They cleaned up Very well after themselves. The price was very reasonable. Everything was done the same day and everything was perfectly planned out. I'm very excited about the work and my new units.

Mark called ahead to let us know his ETA, arrived on time and not only performed the required service for our A/C unit, but explained WHY the service was needed. When we grew concerned, later that evening, that the unit wasn't cooling properly, Heidi contacted Mark and Mark called us from his home phone, to explain how it often takes up to 24 hours for a home to be returned to a reasonable temperature. This is service that is above and beyond anything we expected and both Mark and Heidi deserve commendations for their professionalism, courtesy and kindness.
