In the last month I have used Althoff twice. Once for my generator service with Dave and once for my sumpump with Dan. Both technitions were extremely competent, knowledgeable and very polite. I will continue to use Althoff.
Why are my wife and I thrilled with this outfit?
- Last Thursday, Customer Rep Mike Brix provided a competitive quote for a new furnace.
- Sunday, 16 year old furnace (sensing the end?) craps out. We call Althoff who immediately send a tech who administers Last Rights at no charge, moves up the install date, and Mike arrives on his day off with space heaters to carry us through to yesterday/ Wednesday.
- Housewarming Party to commenced with many hoisted beverages saluting Althoff and their great team!
Conclusion- We are very happy with our choice and recommend them.

Althoffs is an excellent company to choose for all of your HVAC needs. They have been true professionals when handling issues at our home. Ashley is an excellent CSR representative - very quick to get service out as needed. Our serviceman, Matt, was a true professional handling our AC issues quickly and expertly, including outlining options with estimates. I highly recomment Althoffs.
Within a few hours of requesting a service call for an electric issue in my kitchen, the phone rep, Jessica had a service person at my door. As customers of Althoff for 13 years, we are always pleased with the service. Teo handed me his business card upon entering and proceeded to assess my problems and correct the issues. He was polite, considerate, knowledgeable and presented options for us.
Not great to have problems in the house, but Althoff always is the right call.
