We have been using Althoff for many years. They provide excellent customer service. I never have to worry about out furnace or air conditioner working properly.
Always professional, on time, good work and over all easy to work with. We have have had to call for emergency issues 3 times, it is always solved and repaired from the time I place the call in less than 2 hours. We are part of their maintanence plan and they call to remind of routine check ups whi choose I recommend. I think the pricing is reasonable but I have never shopped around because saving $100 is not worth the sacrifice in service and technical expertise.
I am a repeat customer for both AC and furnace repairs/replacement. Althoff is a top notch organization with very friendly technicians and sales staff who take the time to ensure I understand my options. I'd be hard pressed to find a negative in any of my dealings, and I would definitely recommend their services
Althoff has taken care of our HVAC and pump needs for a number of years under maintenance agreements. Furnace, air conditioner, and sump pumps have been replaced in the last fifteen months, and we just had a new water heater installed. We have been pleased and very satisfied with the work, the products, and especially the people. Good company!
