We have never needed a plumber before. After reading reviews, we opted for Althoff. Carl came out on a Saturday and was there when he said he'd be there, to fix our clogged sink. He diagnosed the problem right away and quoted a price. He was professional as well as personable. Fixed a messy problem without leaving a mess. Would definitely use Althoff again if needed.
Very happy to have Craig be a repeat tech to have our fall furnace inspection taken care of ... Craig is a very caring, kind and capable tech. and had great recall of the house ( it had been a couple of season since he had been here. Thank you Craig for another job well done.
Althoff industries continues to impress after 15 years of service since installing our complex, multi-zone HVAC system which they retrofitted into our hundred year old house, and which continues to run flawlessly.
