I had an excellent experience with Althoff Industries! From the moment I called to the completion of the service, everything was seamless. They provided same-day service, which was a huge relief. The technician, Jim Richter, was polite, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by not only servicing my furnace but also replacing my thermostat. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work and customer service! Highly recommend this company.

We needed a new hot water heater, and with one phone call, we were assigned a personal contact, set up an appointment to meet our needs. Plumbing work was done very well. Very easy to business with.
Another company never showed up so I called Althoff. They sent Jim out to assess and the next day he came out again to repair. Very easy company to deal with. Everyone was on time. Jim was thorough but efficient and explained everything well. Thank you guys!
