After calling several HVAC companies who couldn't help us, we called Althoff out because our on demand boiler stopped working. It was determined it was not worth repairing. They recommend a Navien Combi Boiler which replaced our 12 yr old hot water heater and the 8 yr old radiant heater. The installer and service people were very professional and great people to work with. They did very neat work reorganizing plumbing from the old units. The new unit had a problem with the circuit board which they replaced with a new one. Very happy to have found them.
Alex was here for annual maintenance on heating system. He performed service and explained his work accordingly. I was very satisfied.

Well prepared and efficient team from Althoff. All was explained and my questions were answered. Men were courteous and worked quickly. I would absolutely recommend this company.
By far the best service in town. We have had Althoff as our heating and cooling specialists for almost 30 years and it's because of their yearly care of our systems that the first ac/furnace lasted 26 years. Kudos to a great team.
