I had Althoff replace my water heater. The individual I spoke with from the office to schedule the appointment was friendly, professional and helpful in obtaining a preferred time. On the day of the appointment, Bob, the service technician, was on time and happy to follow the condo rules and regulations for the installation of the water heater. Bob was very professional, quick and did an excellent job on the installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend them.
