Every time I have needed assistance Althoff has responded quickly and scheduled necessary service right away. Every service technician they have sent to me has been wonderful. Very friendly, helpful, professional and always on time. I highly recommend Althoff.

Words can not express how grateful we are to Blake and Dave at Althoff for helping us with an extraordinary unfortunate situation. We closed on a townhouse over the winter only to determine that the AC was not in working order after the most recent heatwave. After having two other companies in through our home appliance warranty company and not being able to find a likely Freon leak in the fairly new system (originally installed by Althoff) we decided to forgo the appliance warranty purchased for us by a realtor and called Blake to beg for a senior installer/repairman to look at the system asap! Dave was sent over within a couple of days, found the source of the leak and repaired it, albeit by having to cut a hole in our newly painted ceiling! But we are not complaining because Althoffs customer service was superb, their ability to repair our system was remarkable (because Dave had to find the leak in the Freon line made by the prior home owners lousy repair of a ceiling water leak which caused a nail hole in the line) AND we can now face next weeks heat wave with confidence in the comfort of our cool home! THANK YOU ALTHOFF!!!
We have been utilizing Althoff for many years. We belong to the membership. Every spring and fall they check our furnace and a/c. Our a/c was just replaced after 26 years. Since the avg years is 13-15 it's apparent that the service is why it lasted. They are also great with any plumbing and electrical work. We recommend them and give them the highest rating.
Once again Althoff was outstanding job from the moment I spoke to the main office to the technician who came to our house. We had service in the same day and was very happy with the outcome.
In the last six months, Althoff has per formed electrical, plumbing and HVAC work for us. Their technicians have all been courteous, on time, and professional, and the cost has been reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
The serviceman, Brenten King, was the best that Althoff has provided me in the last 30 years of my relationship with Althoff.
