Hats off to Mark. We have had Mark as our tech for several years. He is so professional, and courteous. He always explains what he is doing and what needs to be done. Always on time and seeing that unit is outside he always takes time to make sure he doesn't make a mess when he comes in the house. Great job Mark.

Today I called Althoff Industries for the very first time and spoke with Katrina, who set up an appointment for me for a second opinion regarding an HVAC problem in my condominium. Katrina was extremely competent, friendly and helpful - a refreshing change from experiences with many other service providers, which is why I was motivated to post this complimentary review.
