Service call performed on our AC units last week and I was pleasantly surprised in the thoroughness of this service. Maintenance work on our furnace was similarly performed earlier this year. Very satisfied with this and all work done by Althoff. Nicely done!

Recently realized I was in "bad" water at 6:00pm and it was getting worse. I called Althoff immediately and they were here in 90 minutes and a highly experienced plumber switched out a 20 year old pump in an hour. I couldn't be happier. CALL ALTHOFF!!

I can't recommend Althoff highly enough. Customer service over the phone was wonderful. Technician that came out to inspect my A/C was incredibly thorough and described all of my options to me in great detail. The sales rep that put together my quote didn't try to upsell me and made me feel like I was making the right purchasing choice. Installers were on time, courteous, and worked a 12 hour day to get my A/C and furnace installed.
All in all, I'm super happy I chose to go with Althoff, and surprised how great their customer service was considering how inexpensive their service seemed.
