We have purchased both a furnace and an air conditioner from Althoff Industries. We have been very happy with their performance! Additionally we have a contract with them to check our units and keep them performing well. I feel that their work has helped to keep them running well. I would recommend that people consider this company and use it for service too.

Flawless annual maintenance check-up by Craig. In fact, a day after having a full Fall-furnace check-up, I thought that I heard something unusual from the furnace, and Althoff sent someone (Mike) out immediately. As it turns out, it was my error, or at least nothing that they had done wrong or failed to do, but they took care of everything with a positive attitude, and left me feeling very confident that my systems are ready for winter. Very professional!
Our technician went above and beyond. Due to a different company's improper installation of the drain pipe for our new furnace 2 years ago, the furnace was misfiring and we didn't have any heat. He tested and analyzed the problem and did the appropriate repair. He kept us informed of everything he was doing and explained when we had questions. We decided Althoff was going to be the company we used for maintaining our hvac equipment. Great job, thanks Althoff!
