Unfortunately it was the weekend so rates were higher. However, the service was excellent and the tech was very helpful.
Althoff Industries offers excellent customer service. It is as important as the actual job being done.
Installed a water heater for me. Gave a free estimate. Cost up front before installation(barring any unforeseen difficulties which there were none.) Technician came in appointed time window. He laid down sheets and protection and used booties to keep the house clean. Removed the old one and installed the new in a timely manner and explained the new heater to me. Finished up and cleaned up after himself. Very good experience. A few weeks later they came back and checked the install while they were here for my furnace inspection and cleaning. Overall very happy with price and service. They weren't the cheapest but they were honest about the cost and did a professional job of installation. Five stars.
On time - very thorough. Everything is checked, cleaned and you are told if there is a problem. Highly recommended.
I had a plumbing emergency and they came out right away. I was blown away at how easy the whole process was from beginning to end. Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Scott came out and was honest and reassuring and I feel much more confident in my plumbing thanks to him!
When other companies put me on a waiting list, Altoff not only was at my house within the hour, but they validated my concerns of being without heat. Their technician drove an hour to get the part he needed, drove an hour back and installed it so I would not have to spend the weekend without heat in the middle of winter. I would say that is most definitely going the extra mile! This was my first time using their services but it won't be my last!
