The Althoff team was incredibly helpful and responsive during a recent A/C condenser replacement on a roof of a large condo building. There were a lot of hoops to jump through to get it all coordinated and they made things as easy as possible.

The service technicians are always friendly and polite. The are cautious and clean up after themselves. I also didn't feel like they were trying to find problems to fix. Two thumbs up.
